We have plenty of on-site parking and bike racks available (see image below for alternative parking sites if our car park is unavailable).

Our nearest station is Walton Station with trains every half hour roughly. There is a bus from Walton Station to the High Street or it is a 20 minute walk

There are 2 bus services that stop at Walton Station on their way to Walton Town Centre. These are the 555 and the 458.

Wheelchair Access: We have wheelchair access to the Gallery on the first floor, the Barn for theatre events, the Café and the Learning studio as well as toilets. If you have special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.

Hearing Loop: We are equipped with a hearing loop.

Dietary requirements: Please let us know of any dietary requirements if you are coming to a catered event.

Ticket Refunds: please refer to our terms and conditions. We do not offer refunds unless we can sell the tickets.

The Swan Pub and the Anglers are within easy reach for food prior to an evening show as our café is not open for meals before evening performances unless otherwise stated.

The licensed bar is usually open about 45 minutes before an evening event and the café is open from 10am-4pm every day.

The café serves breakfast, lunch, light bites, speciality coffees, teas and cakes throughout the day.
