We are very excited to welcome Maria Walker into the Robert Phillips Gallery while we are locked down. She is a textile artist working on themes of Memory.
“I am Lockdown Artist in Residence at The Riverhousebarn from the 15th June to the 5th of July. I am installing an exhibition of some key pieces of my work and setting up a studio/ working area in the gallery to make new work which I hope will bring together the separate strands of my art and move my practice on. I am being filmed some of the time this will go online to creat a virtual record of my time there”
